We would like to welcome Riverbank Animal Hospital in Kinston, North Carolina to our IT family!
Julie and Hunt Garren and their wonderful staff were in need of some new server hardware and network upgrades. Alan and JB spent a couple of days preparing, testing and running backups behind the scenes to be covered for any potential issues. The actual server and network upgrade was performed from 6pm until 3am to avoid any downtime during normal business hours. The next morning it was back to business without any issues. We call that one successful switch-over! After our initial onsite visit we are now able to assist Riverbank Animal Hospital remotely thanks to our monitoring and management tools we have in place.
