Feel free to call our office at (239) 278-1111 and we might be able to troubleshoot your email problem over the phone. If we need to spend more time solving the issue we will open a support ticket for you.
That depends on the pop-up. Some are just Windows reminders for updates, antivirus, printing issues, etc. Other ones are more critical and could mean you got yourself infected with a virus. If it looks suspicious, don’t click on anything and call us right away.
Your computer might just need a simple reboot. Sometimes when you have too many programs open, your computer just runs out of memory. A restart usually clears up the problem. If the problem persists even after a reboot, your computer might need a memory upgrade. Contact our office for more details.
Check if you have a pop-up blocker installed – if yes, turn it off and reload the page, sometimes that will clear up the problem. If that does not work, try using a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome) and load the page in that browser. If that does not solve the issue, please contact our office and we can remote into your computer to take a look.
Depending on the severity of your problem, we can be at most offices within a moments notice. If all of our techs are onsite, we will get to you as soon as possible. For normal maintenance and non-critical issues we usually schedule a couple of days out.
Certainly! We can give you recommendations on hardware, software and everything in between. We recommend against purchasing computers and laptops at Best Buy, Costco and similar stores, as most of these machines are consumer grade rated. They will not hold up in a business network setting, usually do not come with Windows Professional and need to get replaced more frequently than business rated hardware.

Believe it or not, printer problems are very common and keep us on our toes all the time. Printers can be very frustrating at times and seem to fail more than anything else in an office. We usually have better luck with HP and Epson printers and would advise against Brother, Lexmark and other low end printers. Obviously you might have experienced the complete opposite – this is just our general recommendation based on the many years we have dealt with printers.
It is probably time for a computer checkup. Just like humans have once a year physicals, your equipment will benefit from regular check-ups and maintenance. Being proactive can eliminate a big percentage of problems down the road.
